Is your organisation ready for structured training?

Not every team needs a two-day workshop. Sometimes a focused half-day session or a consulting call solves the problem faster. Use the indicators below to gauge where you sit before reaching out.

  • Recurring performance gaps — the same issues surface in reviews cycle after cycle, suggesting a skills deficit rather than a motivation problem.
  • New leadership appointments — first-time managers promoted from technical roles without formal people-management preparation.
  • Regulatory deadlines — upcoming compliance requirements that demand documented training records for your workforce.
  • Post-merger integration — two teams need a shared language, aligned processes, and trust-building experiences.
Corporate professionals collaborating during a training workshop
"The leadership programme gave our newly promoted managers the confidence to hold difficult conversations within weeks, not months." — Head of People, Belfast-based fintech (26 participants)
"We passed our FCA compliance audit with zero findings after the half-day governance session. Worth every penny." — Operations Director, financial services firm
"Prestige designed a bespoke onboarding sprint for us. Our 90-day attrition dropped noticeably in the following quarter." — Talent Acquisition Lead, logistics company

How delivery works — from brief to measurable impact

Our roadmap adapts to your calendar and budget. Most engagements move from initial conversation to first session within three weeks.

Phase 1

Discovery call

A 30-minute conversation where we understand your goals, team size, existing skill gaps, and any constraints around scheduling or budget. No obligation, no sales pitch — just clarity.

Phase 2

Scoping and design

We draft a programme outline with learning objectives, session structure, pre-work requirements and success metrics. You review, adjust, approve — typically within five business days.

Phase 3

Facilitated delivery

Sessions run at your premises, our partner venues, or virtually. Every session includes live exercises, peer discussion and actionable takeaways — never slide-heavy lectures.

Phase 4

Impact review

Four weeks after delivery we run a short impact survey and debrief with your sponsor. You receive a summary report with data on behaviour change and recommended next steps.

Common questions

What group sizes do you work with?

Most of our sessions are designed for groups of 8 to 20 participants. For larger cohorts we run multiple sessions or bring in a second facilitator. Executive coaching is available one-to-one.

Can sessions be delivered outside Northern Ireland?

Absolutely. We deliver across the UK and have facilitated sessions in Dublin, Edinburgh, Manchester and London. Virtual delivery is available for any location.

How do you measure training effectiveness?

We use a blended evaluation model: immediate session feedback, a 30-day behaviour-change survey, and a sponsor debrief. For longer engagements we can integrate with your existing performance review cycle.

Do you offer accredited qualifications?

Our leadership and management programmes can be mapped to ILM or CMI frameworks. We partner with accredited centres when formal certification is required.

What is your cancellation policy?

Sessions can be rescheduled with at least ten business days' notice at no charge. Cancellations within ten days incur a 50% fee to cover facilitator preparation and venue costs.

Is there a minimum contract length?

No. You can book a single half-day session or commission a year-long development programme. We quote per engagement, not per retainer.
